It was a phone interview due to covid-19. They were very thorough and we're very interested in my work history. They were very adamant on safety and quality. They also considered honesty to be a very important attribute
Being prior military I have an idea what the position requirements and daily basis tasks are. Pretty straightforward questions when it comes to the aviation industry and availability to start.
