Submitted online application on 12/9/13, immediately asked to complete personality assessment. Make sure you have a good resume and cover letter ready, be sure to highlight any and all customer service and volunteer experience.
Got invitation (a call and an email) to do video interview on 12/26/13, was told to complete it within 5 days. Completed on 12/28/13. Its a computer automated interview that asks you 5-6 questions such as "what do you know about AA?" (I suggest you do some research on their website), "what excites you most about the possibility of moving to a new city?" "where did you gain your customer service experience?" etc.. You have time to gather your thoughts before answering each question which is helpful. I repeated each question back as I was answering it, "I gained my customer service experience from..." I also suggest you light yourself well, talk clearly and SMILE!
Got email asking me to update/complete my information on 1/14/14. They just ask for a more detailed work history and ask general "have you ever been convicted of _____?" questions.
Now waiting to schedule the face to face interview!

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
