2 parts: Initial phone screening, and In person/virtual panel interview.
Phone screen was very standard vetting for minimum required qualifications.
My in person interview was switched to a zoom virtual interview due to weather.
I was asked to prepare a technical presentation, which was sent the day before to the interview panel.

Question 1
Interview began with an introduction of me and my background.
Standard HR questions, Why do you want to be an instructor with AA etc.
Technical questions were scenario based instructor questions. "The difference between a procedure and a technique?"
Brief a Jepp approach plate was listed in the task for the interview but I was not asked to do that in the interview.
