too many questions asked. Not interested

The hiring manager was late to the interview. Eventually, there were four people conducting the interview. At least two conducting the interview took a phone call or left/returned to the conference room during the interview. I can understand that work happens, but the practice sends a wrong message to the candidate--disrespect. I was ready to leave.
