I interviewed at American Airlines (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Selected for a group interview. It’s like a zoom with 50 people in it. They take a screenshot of everyone’s face. They asked me ONE question, that had nothing to do with job, my experience, customer service or situational hypothetical. Nothing. One question and they decided I wasn’t going to be moving forward in the interview process. They based it completely off what I looked like. I had been a flight attendant for 3 years with a company they contract for. In a way, I had already been working for them. Thankfully I found out they are this way and that they are not a company that values anything other than if you are not a certain race.
