The interview was a little difficult. The interiew person asked a lot of financial questions rather then behavioral questions. went for around 30 minutes. Looked for people that have a strong acuman in finance rather then people skills it felt like.

I interviewed on campus for the Finance Summer MBA Internship. The first round consisted of two back-to-back 30-minute interviews. Prior to the onsite, there was a straightforward take-home Excel assessment covering basic P&L, NPV, and IRR calculations.

Second Interview
The interviewer had a more reserved, business-like style. Questions included:
Walk me through your background.
What was the most recent flight you took? Do you think that route is profitable? Why or why not?
Imagine a route where the aircraft do not have seatback monitors, and the company is considering installing them. What are the pros and cons?
What financial metrics does an airline FP&A analyst focus on?
Phone, online, then in person interview. They will fly you to Dallas if you can get far enough the process. Then from this group, select a few candidates for the position being offered
