I interviewed with 2 supervisors and 1 manager. The interview was awkward and you can feel the tension when you walked through the workplace. The emphasis was placed on productivity and reaching daily coding goal of 85 records a day. There is no reward system in place for exceeding goals and if you fail to meet the 85 record a day goal you name was put up on "the wall of shame"...they consider this as serving to provide the necessary incentive to perform.
