Had an initial interview with the recruiter, it went well. Asked a couple of behavioral type questions, discussed my experience and resume, why I was interested in the role and the company and then discussed next steps. Moved to interview with hiring manager, went well. Spent about 35-40 minutes going over my resume, experience, the role. What the manager was looking for. I asked her questions as well. Much more of a conversation. Third round will happen soon with a “panel” of 2-3 people.
