I applied online, took three weeks to be interviewed, lasted 30minutes, was conducted by 2 department seniors via zoom. They were very personable and engaging, and about 2 weeks later, I was offered the position.

I completed a one way video interview. I answered questions while filming my response. Then I had a phone call interview, which was pretty typical. They were friendly, but the process was slow. Between each step there was about a 3-4 week wait.

The process was pretty in-depth, but not crazy high pressure. The interview took on a pretty conversational tone. The time it took for them to give me a follow-up and answer was a really long time though.
