Five step interview process. I completed a video interview, interview with VP of Health Strategies, then with VP and CEO, this was then concluded with an interview with two Regional Directors. During this process, a background check was completed and I was asked to submit 3 reference included a direct supervisor.

The interview process was professional, structured, and clear. Communication was timely. Questions were fair and relevant. Although I didn’t get the position, it was a valuable and respectful experience overall.

1. phone interview screen with a recruiter 2. in person interview with local director and CID 3. zoom interview with SVP 4. Interview with two other regional directors. Two weeks after 4th interview I reached out to HR contact, no response. A few days later, received a generic rejection email. Process took about two months.
