Lengthy phone interviews with two individuals never heard back from district manager that was supposed to be the next step. I get it, they obviously chose not to move forward with me. But after spending over 2 hours on the phone total in two interviews an email or call saying "thanks but no thanks" would have been the professional thing to do.
