Interview
I was hired as an LTO, within 3 months I was promoted to Operations Supervisor, wasn't much of a interview process as they alredy interviewed me before the posting went up for the position. Our hiring process is generic as it contains a predetermined set of quetions we ask each person. Also contains a math test. You are then sent for a background and drug test, if you pass your hired within 2 weeks.

Interview
I was invited to interview by the General Manager after an online application. After meeting the management team, over an hour or so, I was taken in for 3 one on two interview sessions in which each group asked me three questions to evaluate my leadership potential at Americold. Then I received a tour.

Interview
Fairly standard interview process, as the company has a generic questionnaire to keep information informal. I already had work place connections to obtain position, so interview was a given. Human resources and Operations Manager were good people to know when it came time for a promotion.
