Contacted by Hiring Manager directly. Met in-person with HM after initial phone screen. Conducted 3 video additional interviews, 1 with Director, 2 with TA team members. Whole process took less than 2 weeks. Overall, it was a very smooth, pleasant process.

Question 1
Covered recruiting metrics, KPI's from previous performances. Questions on leadership style and cultural fit with the team as well. Because I felt like this role was a solid match of my background and career achievements up to this point, everything felt natural. The HR / Staffing team were extremely professional and welcoming for me, which made the overall experience wonderful.
