Interview
The phone interview was surprisingly technical. My interviewer focused much more on core JavaScript ability than personality or previous experience. He was receptive towards questions at the end but overall it felt a little cold/harsh. I coded a simple FizzBuzz function in JS.

Some core JavaScript questions involved scoping/hoisting and asynchronous page loading. Also questions on CSS canvas elements and animations.
Smooth easy interview process. With friendly people. The culture of the company seems to be very strong and its dedication to the mission is evident. Definitely a recession resilient company, given their business model.

They had me meet with several different teams. The technical ones used code sharing software so you could write functional code on the spot. Be prepared to really understand whatever coding language you choose.

After some questions, I made it to the last round. I asked the recruiter a question about the last round regarding the interview format. They didn't respond, so I sent another email a week later. The recruiter then sent me a rejection letter. The recruiter wanted me to fail and succeeded. This company wants you to fail.
