Amwell interview questions

Had a call with a recruiter, who was extremely friendly and outgoing. He just grabbed some background information, and asked experience level questions around that info. Interview's were pretty straight forward. Met with the hiring manager, and typical interview question / developer background etc. Second round was a technical coding interview. I thought it was extremely fair, there were no brain buster questions. If you can read, and write code at a decent level, you can pass it. It was a very realistic challenge based on work you would do on a day to day basis. Interviewers were also helpful to guide you if you were going the right direction etc. Process took about 2 weeks. The recruiter was the most professional and straight forward person to work with. He went out of his way to stay in contact, and providing feedback throughout the process, By far a 10/10 experience to other companies I have dealt with. Highly recommend.

The process was smooth and professional. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a technical interview with SQL and Python questions, plus a discussion on pipeline design. I also had a behavioral chat with the hiring manager about collaboration and problem-solving. The communication was clear throughout, and scheduling was flexible. Overall, I felt respected and supported, and the questions were relevant to real-world data engineering.
