Call from recruiter to vet you for the position before passing along. 2nd call was a phone interview, simple exchange relating to reasons for wanting to leave your current employer, discuss what you currently do, what you expect, etc. 3rd interview was in-person with three individuals, a senior accountant, someone in accounting management, and a controller. Probably little planning on their part as your start to feel like a broken record responding to the same questions from each of them over the course of an hour and a half. - Overall, nice and friendly people. - Something started to not feel right about the interview and I resolved in my mind as I said my goodbyes that if offered the position, I wouldn't accept. It was evident from leaving the interview and reading the many negative employee reviews (MANY in the past several months - sort by time posted) that the current working conditions were toxic.
