Very warm and inviting phone screen, felt very in tune and had an excellent conversation about experience and history, as well as what I wanted in an internship. Went onto the next round technical with an engineer, very different story.
Incredibly short with me and confusing, very much felt like the interview was not a priority for him - looking at his phone for most of the time. Any time I asked a question he only ended up confusing me more. Proceeded to abruptly end the question and then ask what other questions I have.
Overall just an awful experience and somewhat degrading. Didn't feel like they respected my difficulty with the question.

Great awesome excellent and fantastic. But hard and gets harder. Might want to think about managing time if other interviews are present. Let them know your time frame as well being doing the interviews. They will try to accommodate.
