Once considered, the candidate has to complete a series of on-line exams and written essays as to why they would like to work for the company and what they have to offer that would benefit the company. Once passed, the candidate interviews with one seemingly nice manager who dangles the carrot via the use of false, or at least rare, salary quotients that in reality, very few ever achieve. The second interview is conducted by another manager who seems to be more intent and intimidating. They seemingly use this practice to entice and seduce the candidate into a state of acceptance that benefits the company in a sole manner. The details of how the draw and commissions work are obscure and veiled. Instead, emphasis is placed on the "real" possibility of the candidate making a six figure salary in their first year.
