I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Angi (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2014
Interview
I found out about the position through a family member who works there. I then applied online. Angie's List loves to hire family and friends of their current employees so having a connection is very helpful to gaining a position. I had a phone interview with a secretary and then an in person interview with three interviewers. It was very informal and comfortable.

Question 1
Gave a situation about using data to drive marketing decisions and asked me to comment on my approach to targeting.
If you had to sing a song on national television what would it be and why?
Interview was very dry and the interviewer did not seem to understand what the role was about. They were asking for an individual to do all their marketing efforts and offered a significantly low salary. Was hard to hold the convo since the interviewer had little knowledge about the role
