Prior to interview required to prepare a 10 minute presentation on a specific subject. Then presented it for the first 10 minutes to a panel of 3 or 4. Followed by questions (not on the presentation) from each of the panellists. All completed within about 60 minutes. I had prepared for questions about the subject I would be teaching, but the majority of the questions were about the processes.
