Subject to a satisfactory reference report is a pre-condition to an offer of employment at Anite. Any reference you provide should only be provided by a fully competent HR department of your current or past employer and never from a Manager or Colleague, how do not have experience of current employment laws. Such decisions on ability should be obtained in the interview process and on the 3 month probationary period once employed at Anite.
