The interview had two parts. In the first part I was asked the basic interview questions e.g. to talk about myself, my work experience, my education etc. the second part consisted of a role play where I had to act as a recruitment consultant and try to get an interview for a potential candidate.

The interviewing process was very straightforward. I had a few issues with availability, however, I was assured that it would be possible to work around my availability. This not only shows how impressive your culture is, it also promotes and incredible positive experience. No, I did no get the job but felt very comfortable and that my time was not wasted. I learned where to improve next and had a great experience! Thank you very much to both Becky and Emma for providing such an incredible environment. Best of luck finding a suitable candidate!
