It was a quick process. I applied, then received an email to interview a week later, and received an email 6 days later letting me know I wasn't hired. It was a bummer to not get the job, but the process was efficient enough.

Very lengthy but, professional and they prepare you very well for the position. They make sure you feel confident going into the position. They also have great structuring and care about their employees

Interview
There was a short 10 minute call with a recruiter asking a few questions to see if you’re a good fit for the job. The recruiter then will schedule an interview with a manager if you are a good fit. The manager calls on the scheduled day and asks questions regarding your previous employment and typical questions meant to determine if you are a good match. After the manager interview, you are told the pay rate and hours you would be required to work and that a member from HR will call if you are chosen for the role. HR calls and confirms the pay rate and start date and sends the offer for you to accept.
