The interview process was very informal. I never formally applied for the position, but expressed interest to my current manager, who passed my information along to the manager of another store. Interview questions were primarily directed toward customer service, but it was clear that the purpose of the interview was simply to get a feel for my personality, as they were looking for a bubbly presence to boost staff morale.

Interview
The first meeting was with the store Manager. It went well and I was then called back for a second follow up interview with the District manager. After two weeks the manager called with a job offer for a different position.

Interview
Hiring manager was very nice. We sat on a couch in the middle of the store as she interviewed me. At the end I was asked to put together an outfit. I found out I didn't get the job 3 days later, but appreciated the quick response.
