I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anthropologie (Princeton, NJ) in Jan 2015
Interview
SO/SO The recruiter liked me and was very professional. BUT I could tell the other two girls that interviewed me didn't like me. They were rude and immature. I was later told in confidence by the recruiter that one of those women who had interviewed me took the roll I was applying for. Not a surprise since Anthro and the entire URBN group generally on higher from within. I understand their reasoning for doing this but it also leaves a lot of room for lazy people to find their way up to the top. Which will ultimately destroy a company...Just saying
Find interview process, seemed all over the place but everyone in the company was super kind. The pay was lower than I thought for a company of that size and the guidelines weren't outlined well
The hiring process was great. Both one-on-one and group interviews with different levels of management. Very easy to talk to and wanted to get to know me as a person.

Question 1
What is your favorite part about shopping at Anthropologie? What makes it different?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Anthropologie
Interview
Very friendly and relaxed. Multiple interactions with various members of management and weeks long waiting for response. Entire process was more than 4 months. Continued follow-up necessary to get hiring status. Seemed disorganized.
