There were two interview stages, first included with two HR members, second with HR and two team members. The second interview was a lot more casual and the process felt easier having met the first two HR members in the first interview.

Received phone call from HR department to discuss my previous work experience and aspirations. Proceeded to video interview in which role was explored further with competency questions. Next step is psychometric test and face-to-face interview if successful.
