Aon interview process was very slow. The recruiter took months to get back to me. It took about 3 months, and the first stage was a video interview stage. the second stage was a phone interview. i did not get past the phone interview
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aon (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Rotated through 6 different sessions (VP, producers, assistant brokers, etc.) with about 10-20 minutes per session. Varied on laid back to professional depending on interviewer. Some were simply walking through your resume, others were personality based, where you see your career, what the company is about and what you want out of it, etc.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Aon (Baltimore, MD) in Dec 2018
Interview
Overall the interviewers are easy. It is more like a casual conversation. Interviewed with about 5 people in the team. Everyone was really nice. No harsh questions when it came to in-person interview. It is clear that everyone was pretty smart.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Stamford, CT) in Jan 2018
Interview
Round robin interview, 2.5 hours. Started with short 15-minute phone screen talking about the role and about availability for an on-site interview. Didnt have an excel test or anything like that. Very smooth process
