I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aon (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
An assessment centre covering a group exercise, x2 pre-prepared presentation activities and an hour long 1:1 interview. The day covered the morning and early afternoon and was broken up by short 10 minute breaks after each activity; the interview was quite long, there were a lot of questions covering competencies and behaviours.
The interview process was simple and easy to navigate. Online numeracy and personality test followed by video interview. Mostly competency based questions, and why Aon why this role. Hoping to be invited to Assessment Centre
Applied early 2021, having been interested in insurance. Process is like any other, applied using details, get the online tests, followed up with short recorded video interview. AC offer is given after this.
I had two interviews- one in the assessment centre and a final round interview. The interview in the assessment centres asked the typical competency and motivation questions whilst the final interview asked a few different ones. It was a good experience overall.
