Great experience. Everyone is very nice and most questions are behavioral questions, not too much tech questions. Environment is pretty good and they provide you some background information about your position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Deerfield, IL)
Interview
Unprepared for interview--met with 6 people over 2 days. Very redundant questioning. Called back for final interview only to repeat topics. Some interviewers were unprepared and spent most of the time asking general questions.
the process was smooth while i dont really get the reason i get rejected. The interviewer was very satisfied during the interview, we talked more than scheduled time. And i did sent the thank you letter. After two weeks, I got rejection
