Interview
two interviews with two people on each call. Basic questions about me and how I've handled certain situations or had to adapt. Second interview got more technical and asked about the insurance business and what I knew about it.
the AC includes a group discussion, written task with maths questions, individual interview, 5 mins pre prepared presentation. Written exercise was intense. Overall experience was positive, assessors were friendly and helpful.
pretty simple, asked you questions like why you would want to work here; tell me about yourself, how do you handle stress; and questions like that> where do you see yourself in the future
