I had 2 separate interviews with both the Director of Design and the CEO.
My first interview was scheduled on a Sunday, which I found odd. The interviews were easy, and it seemed that the company was desperate to hire. I was offered the position after the first interview, so the second was more of an introduction.
Both interviews were rescheduled because the interviewers were late.

Had a video call with the recruiter. I was asked about my past experience and some basic Frontend development concepts. The interviewer was kind and talked about company culture. Welcoming atmosphere.

Interview
During the 1st round, the interviewer did not show up. There was no update from them at all. I emailed them for the no show to which they replied that the internet connection was not working. We rescheduled the interview and yet again the interviewer did not show up for the second time as well. Wasted 2 hours of my time along with all the preparation. Very unprofessional experience.
