Quick written test - Simple. Followed by interview with a panel of 3. Panel wasn't having any plan on the questions to be asked. It was all on the fly. Not even single datastructure /algorithm/programming question. One panelist was even dozing off. so candidate needs to prove all by himself for best fit. Was not even sure if they were listening or interested on my previous projects.
