I've applied for a senior Web Dev position and I was interviewed by two devs and the dev manager. Seems they picked the top 10 interview questions for Java devs on Google. They didn't ask questions regarding HTTP protocol, HTTP verbs, session management, caching, web security, database access and so on. On top of that no feedback from HR about the process.
