Applied online through my university career system and was contacted by a recruiter, brief discussion at on-campus career fair, 30-minute phone interview, Super Day interviews at company headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

Question 1
What developing technology are you interested in, some logic questions, reviewing resume, etc.
The 1st round was an online proctored test. It contained Essay, coding questions and MCQ. The essay was about any application and describing its testing features. MCQ mostly had aptitude and qualtiy regarding questions.

The interview was very simple.The interview gone for around 30 mins. They just asked what is quality and a logical question.Then about time management and also about conflict management. And what you know about appion.Overall the interview wasn't that much tough interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Appian (Tysons Corner, VA)
Interview
- Had a phone screening with a recruiter which took about 30 minutes.
- Had an in person interview with 3 QEs and a VP of engineering. It was mostly behavioral.
