Pretty straight forward. First, met with some potential supervisors who all worked in my field. It was a kind of round table discussion to see where'd I'd be the best fit. Followed up with a phone screen. Then did a full day interview process: 1 on 1 with my hiring manager and future boss, 1 on 1 chat's with future peers in the group, followed by my 30 min presentation on a technical topic.

Had an initial phone screening interview with HR over the phone with basic questions about my background and qualifications. Had two interviews, the first being a one-on-one with the hiring manager and the second being a panel interview where I gave a prepared presentation on a highly technical subject and answered questions about my competencies.
