Applied Value interview questions

The interview began with three to four behavioral questions focused on teamwork, leadership, and motivation, followed by a straightforward case in the first round. The second-round case was more technical, incorporating some unfamiliar terminology, but the interviewer was supportive and guided the discussion. Overall, a challenging yet rewarding experience.

Very casual and atypical. They rescheduled my interview 3 times before finally conducting it. Interviewer forgot second half of interview (casing) or decided to skip it, which I found very odd. The whole time it felt like a conversation and questions were super generic. There was a fun question “what would you do for a weekend if you had no restrictions” that I enjoyed answering.
