I had to take the wonderlict test at home to get approved for the interview. After passing the test I came in for an in person interview. Upon arriving for the interview I was put into a room to take the test again in person. They wanted to see if I had cheated at home. After passing for the second time, I was brought in to meet with the person I was interviewing with.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aptean
Interview
Submitted application via company website. Received an email about two days later from an internal recruiter asking that I take their online assessment/test. Test took about an hour and a half and was basic match and IQ test. Personality assessment followed. Received an email a week later that they were going with another candidate. Given the reviews on GD, I wasn't that upset.

The math test had some curveballs as they said I wasn't allowed to use a calculator. Trying to be fair, I didn't...but really, who doesn't use calculators at work?
