Took about 1-2 weeks after application. Got an email saying they would like to have a 20-30 min phone interview. If it goes well it will be passed onto one of the managers. I did well on the phone interview. I was then contacted via email by the manager to come in for an in person interview. He asked me a series of questions regarding my previous work history and what I perceived as being important & different from being in an BDR role vs being inside. He also opened up the floor to any questions I had. He also gave me a tour of the office & the warehouse and where they put everything together. We also just set and talked about a lot of different things that didn’t even pertain to the job itself. I think that is a big part of sales as well just being able to talk and connect with another person. All in all it was a good experience
