Interview
This was a very straight forward interview process.
You can expect about 3 rounds- a phone screen, a mock call, and an in-person interview with almost the entire team
Senior management is very transparent, honest, and understanding. They keep your best interests in mind while being upfront about their own.
They move quickly and do not waste time. If they like you, they will move you forward in the process.

Applied through my university's job portal along with a writing sample. Afterward, I only had one round of phone calls and received an offer pretty shortly after. The process is not very long or drawn out. I have heard of other interviews having 2 rounds of phone screening.
