Interview
First interview with the HR is a bit like a check box about salary, notice period , why you want to leave the current position ? Do you have Salesforce Experience? Do you have any questions? etc. The second interview was with one of the co-founders took 25 min instead of 45 min as scheduled. The information about this change was received only after the interview started and not ahead of the interview, as is usually done. During the interview - the interviewer seamed slightly distracted by people passing by and other activities on his laptop but otherwise he seamed like a nice, friendly person. Both interviews were online.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience with us.
I'm sorry to hear that the interview was shorter than you expected. We may send a 45min blocker to make sure there is sufficient time in case it is needed, but the interview duration is flexible and can vary.
We are, however, very sorry if you had the impression that your interviewer was distracted. The office can be a busy space with a lot of people walking past our phone booths, but I apologise that you didn't feel you received the level of attention any candidate deserves.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback as it allows us to improve and we wish you all the best.
