Argo Group Chief Risk Officer interview questions

Multi-stage interview process stretching over a number of weeks. 3 unstructured peer to peer interviews. 4 structured and in-depth 1 hour interviews. A series of psychometric tests and profiling and a 3 hour in depth HR and leadership interview. This last interview went through full education and career history. 5 references from previous colleagues or employers were taken up.
