It was good,first there was aptitude test,then an essay writing on customers.
Next technical face to face round followed by HR round.
HR was good,interviewer was good.
Everything seemed very fine.Happy with the behaviour of staff

2 rounds in that they will ask nothing just trying to show that how good they are.
if they called you think that you have been already selected.
they will say that you have been cleared 1st round 2nd and third ,
while at salary negotiation that will say you were failed on first round only this is only we are giving you the chance to elaborate your self, these guys only wanted to hire employees who can work free for him
free for first 3 months and saving money with hidden policies
