It was well structured and scheduled in advance to allow preparation. The interview was long, but the questions were relevant, and I could tell that I wanted to work with the team. It took a while to hear back from them though and I think they can improve on that.

You talk with recruiter and then team. The first one is basic and pretty boring and lame. To make sure you arent lying. Make sure to dress decent. Then you meet team. They are nice people

Interview
They came to my University campus to host interviews; however, you had to apply online prior to them coming. Career Services scheduled all interview times. Once the interview day came, you should up, and its useful to bring any relevant information like references, resume etc. The interview it self lasted about 30-40 minutes.
