ArmadaCare interview questions

The interview process was extremely long. They were 4 to 5 interviews required and a final decision was never made. Looking back I see the company did not intend on hiring anybody for the position. Leadership used interview process to gain information strictly for the benefit of their company. They were unsure of how to manage this sector of their business and used my professional experience for next steps in their company. Complete waste of my time.

30 minute phone screening with HR. This was basic interview questions about yourself and backgrounds. Then interview with specific field manager. This interview is more specific to the area you are trying to intern for.
