This was an incredibly disappointing interview process and this was my second time interviewing at Asana. I was referred for an Sr. Technical Recruiter role, the initial call with the recruiter was quick but I was ghosted for a month by the recruiter upon completing a second interview with the Hiring Manager. I had emailed this recruiter 5 times before hearing back from him. I have a former colleague that had a similar experience with this recruiter! I have heard such great things about Asana, but the lack of empathy, follow up and overall poor candidate experience was pretty shocking. I hope they hired a recruiter that is actually going to improve a their candidate experience.

Had 2 rounds of interviews, once with the recruiter and next with recruiting mgmt and then was ghosted for 2 months. Had great conversations with both people so sucked that it had to be end in poor candidate experience.
