Extremely welcoming interview person, a lot of scenario based questions. They would ask how I would handle situations with clients if they become upset during the day. The inquired about experience with children and how i believe I would be a good fit. They asked what experience I have working with parents and families. They asked the flexibility for possible over night positions.
