I applied online, and received an Email from the Recuriter that they would want to set up a phone screen interview. I selected the time for the interview which was for Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around and the time it was supposed to be at was 3. I tried calling the Recuriter and they didn’t answer nor they answer the emails when I sent one out. Then I gotten email again for phone screen regarding position I called again and didn’t answer. Then he called back we spoke on the phone and talked for 15min then we set up in person interview. I went to the interview I was all prepared and showed up on time. The manager said I’d hear back in the next day. I was super excited and had a good feeling I would get the job. After hours of waiting and waiting I called both the manager and Recuriter either of them responded to my call or emails. I felt ghosted without explanation. It was unprofessional I felt lied to my face. I wasted driving 45min to the interview and even trying. Least nice courteous Email would have been nice to let me know I was not selected.
