Interview
The interview process is very "laid back" and personal.
Much like any company there are a set amount of job related questions and qualifications that are asked. Most of the interview felt like a getting to know me process and what type of job I was looking for. One of the more comfortable, and informative, interviews I have had the pleasure of being in.
