1 Online test (aptitude).
Group Discussion
2 rounds of personal interviews.
Territorial Sales officer role in Asian Paints. Depending on their posting, they will be handling either Retail Sales (dealer network) or Project Sales (Builder network) with good exposure to business.

Interview
Basically the interview was more of a stress interview which lasted for around 50 mins. Various situation based questions were asked and was even asked to do a role play.

Interview
There was two levels of interview. The first level was with HR manager and Area manager. The interview consisted of both subject related and personality checking questions.
The second interview was with Regional manager. Majority of the questions were to test sales ability and aptitude.
