Interview
When called for an interview, dress for success. Remember you want to work for a health care company with value and integrity. Smile! If you are selected, you must be able to submit to a drug test (must be clean). You will also have a background check. Be sure your dates are correct. You must have your HS diploma or GED and provide proof. You will have to get 2 clearances after your offer. They run around $40. The company will reimburse you for them on your 1st paycheck.

Be able to explain your absences.
Interview was pretty informal, but nice interview process. Was pretty quick and in person. Onboarding takes MONTHS. Expect 1-2 months after accepting the job offer to actually start work. That’s my only complaint.
